Definition of Terms D-E

 

Drambuie- a sweet liqueur with a Scotch malt whiskey base
Dubonnet- a light, zesty aperitif from France
Dry Ice- a solid carbon dioxide used as a refrigerant
Eggnog- a beverage made of raw eggs, milk, sugar, spice, and liquor 
Espresso- coffee made by forcing steam through the coffee grounds rather than the traditional boiling water method
Everclear- a 95% pure grain alcohol (190 proof)
